Survey Engineer

This large infrastructure department maintains and manages the road systems and transport infrastructure projects throughout N.S.W.

Their Central Western NSW office is urgently seeking a motivated and experienced survey engineer to join their team on a permanent role to work on some of NSW's most engaging regional work for this large government organisation.

Within this role you will take responsibility for:

• Participate in a wide range of survey projects with multi-disciplined resources
• Conducting Topographical Surveys, Detail Surveys, Boundary Surveys and Subdivision surveys among others when required
• Provide innovative technical advice to senior staff in order to provide their clients with high quality solutions
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest quality and with strict time and budget guidelines
• Reporting to the Senior Surveyor and and work together to achieve the highest quality outcome
• Ensuring OH & S standards are employed both in the office and in the field.

To be eligible to apply for this role you will have:

• A MINIMUM of a Diploma in Surveying is required to apply for this role
• At least 3 years post graduate experience will be highly advantageous
• Detailed knowledge of Acts and regulations relating to general surveying practices
• A valid NSW driving licence
• Excellent written, oral and presentational skills
• A high level of self motivation and willingness to travel is a must
