Renowned as a global leader in the extraction of base metals, this international employer of choice is experiencing continued success and requires a Senior Reliability Engineer to join their established and experienced strategic maintenance team.
In this pivotal role you will have the opportunity to guide their reliability/business improvement team with a focus on fixed plant and overall mine maintenance systems. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimisation of loss prevention and condition monitoring systems.
This interesting role will have you accountable for asset condition monitoring, analysing of data whilst identifying improvements and critical asset development. This role not only offers you the challenge of grooming a new team you but the chance to impact on the maintenance practices used onsite.
Reporting to the Strategic Maintenance Superintendent you will be qualified in maintenance reliability/engineering and be a strategically focused person. You will be a highly motivated individual with superior communication skills and is looking for the next challenge.
You must display a high level of competency in CMMS Systems, RCM, RCA, FMCEA and PMO principles coupled with proven implementation experience of reliability principles within heavy industry especially manufacturing, mining, oil and gas. Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience would be highly regarded.
